Exchanges and Donations
All sales are final, however, something come up? No problem. Tickets may be exchanged up to 24 hours before the show for an exchange fee of $5 per ticket, but not after the performance date has passed. Subscribers enjoy complimentary ticket exchanges.
Tickets may also be released and donated back to the theater, in which case you will receive a donation tax receipt. We exchange tickets only within the purchased production.
Inclement Weather Policy
If our actors and technicians can make it to the theater, the show will go on. If things get really bad and we simply can’t stage the performance, we will notify ticket holders as soon as possible and do everything possible to transfer tickets to a later date. If there are simply no tickets left for that particular production, ticket holders will receive vouchers for tickets to any Harlequin show.
If you are unable to use your tickets, please let us know 24 hours in advance, and we will be happy to provide a donation receipt for the cost of your tickets.
We do not guarantee seating after the performance begins. If there is a suitable break in the action, latecomers may be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.
You may be seated in an alternate location, and allowed to take your assigned seat at intermission.
Child Age Recommendations
Each show will have an individual age-recommendation based on the content. In general, we recommend that children be at least 8, but admit children as young as 5. No babes in arms.
All children must have a ticket.
