The majority of our 2020 season may be canceled, but our doors aren’t closing. As a current ticket holder, we want to ensure that you’ll be there for Real. Live. Theatre. when we restart.
At this time our administrative and box offices are closed until further notice. There is a small team working remotely to respond to any ticket holders with questions about our options: converting the cost of your ticket to a tax-deductible donation, rolling your unused 2020 season tickets to the 2021 season, applying a future credit to your account, or issuing a refund. The first three options would greatly help us to continue with our commitment to staff and artists in the short term while safeguarding our longer term future.
We ask for your patience as we attempt to address everyone’s concerns under these unusual circumstances.
Convert your ticket to a donation and receive a receipt and credit towards membership. The CARES Act allows up to $300 in above-the-line deductions in 2020.
Single Ticket holders can request credit for a future show.
Subscribers can apply the value of their unused 2020 subscription to their 2021 renewal (this option will be available after the Season Launch in Spring 2021).
2020 Flex Passes will be valid for the 2021 Season.
