- Put tickets in your cart and go through the majority of the purchase path as normal
2. When you get to the payment screen, click the Use Gift Card button
3. Enter your gift card number and click Check Balance
You can find your gift card number on:
- The physical card
- The confirmation email (for an electronic gift card)
4. What you do next depends on the balance remaining on your gift card
a. If you can pay for the entire order with your gift card:
After reviewing your current balance, click Submit
And you will see the new gift card balance at the top of the Ticket Confirmation screen:
b. If the gift card balance is less than the order total:
After reviewing your current balance, click Yes to apply your gift card
You’ll be prompted to pay the remaining balance with your credit card and click Submit
