Kira Batcheller

Kira began her performing career in high school and hasn’t looked back since. She was born outside of Portland, Oregon and has been performing professionally in that area for the past five years. Her Portland area credits include: It’s a Wonderful Life with Stumptown Stages, Young Frankenstein with Lakewood Theatre Company, Dreamgirls with Portland Center Stage, The Snowstorm with CoHo/Many Hats Collaboration (Drammy for Best Production), and Grease with Broadway Rose Theatre Company. Other credits include Company (April), The Crucible (Abigail), The Ladies Man (Yvonne), The Liar (Lucrece), Almost, Maine (Glory/Gayle), and Picnic (Madge). Kira graduated from Western Oregon University with a BFA in Acting. She has also filmed with The Art Institute of Portland and directed/choreographed summer camps for Spotlight Musical Theatre Academy. She thanks her friends and family for their undying love and support.
