2006: Season Fifteen

an original 1940s
Holiday Adventure
by Harlowe Reed
November 17th - Dec 31st, 2005
Production Partner: Olympia
Federal Savings
The year is 1945 in lower Manhattan and the Stardust gang is celebrating
the first peacetime holiday in four years. But in the midst of
their floor show, they are invaded by a remote radio broadcast team
arriving a
week early
for
a celebrity
radio presentation of Charles Dicken's A
Christmas Carol.
It's too late to reschedule the airwaves--despite the fact that
they have no celebrities--so the Stardust crew is wingin' it and
swingin' it to bring the classic Christmas tale to life. As it
turns out, some of the band members have been studying "the method"
in Emma's acting class, so there may be hope yet...
This is Harlequin's 11th original episode in
the Stardust series, which has become a south sound holiday
tradition for thousands. Join us for this year's installment: a
fun-filled family holiday adventure featuring the singin', swingin',
dancin' and romancin' Stardust gang.
