Refunds and Exchanges

Subscribers enjoy complimentary ticket exchange privileges up to 24 hours prior to the performance for which tickets are held.

All other sales are final. Tickets cannot be returned or refunded. Something come up? Tickets may be exchanged up to 24 hours before the show for an exchange fee of $5 per ticket. Tickets may also be released and donated back to the theater, in which case you will receive a donation tax receipt.

 

Inclement Weather Policy

If our actors and technicians can make it to the theater, we’re doing the show. If things get really bad and we simply can’t stage the performance, we will notify ticket holders as soon as we possibly can and do everything possible to transfer tickets to a later date. If there are simply no tickets left for that particular production, ticket holders will receive vouchers for tickets to any Harlequin show.

If you are unable to use your tickets, please let us know 24 hours in advance, and we will be happy to provide a donation receipt for the cost of your tickets.

When it rains, it pours, and when it snows there is an avalanche of calls to our Box Office. During the 2008 “Snow-pocalyse” storm, our staff fielded up to 200 calls a day wondering whether we were cancelling shows. We didn’t cancel any.
